Chile is one of the highest rated emerging economies in Latin America, and one of the most acknowledged at world level. The levels of development, stability and competitiveness make Chile an attractive market for business, converting it in one of the best destinations for foreign investment in Latin America.

Clarke, Modet & Cº Chile SpA has been operating in Santiago de Chile since 2000 through its team of multidisciplinary experts consisting of lawyers, chemists and engineers specialising in different fields with vast experience in Intellectual Property.

As a company we have always believed in the country’s entrepreneurial potential, either through people with good ideas or other organisations, such as universities or innovation centres. In 2014 our office in Chile created “Clarke, Modet & Cº Chile Educa”, a programme that seeks to improve awareness in different segments of the Chilean population concerning the importance of protecting its intangible assets, and the value of protecting intellectual property for improved competitiveness of its companies.

To carry out this challenge, we designed and implemented educational workshops and activities related to innovation, science and technology for young people, students, professionals, the media, among others, with an outreach covering over 500 people to date.

Corporate INTL Global Awards Winner 2017: Acknowledgement of our endeavours by the English magazine Corporate International Magazine, which showcases the company’s work in Industrial and Intellectual Property rights in our country. This is the third consecutive year that we have been awarded the “IP Enforcement Law Firm of the Year in Chile” prize.
