ClarkeModet and MIT ILP have the pleasure to announce our IP strategy event, in which we’ll have a special guest, professor Joe Hadzima who has been deeply involved with MIT spinoffs for over 30 years.

MIT is recognized as having a robust Innovation/Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.  The Kauffman Foundation Report on MIT. Entrepreneurship notes that companies founded by MIT graduates if combined into a single “country” would represent the 10th largest economy in the world.

Intellectual Property and IP Strategy have been key components in the launching and growth of these MIT companies.

Joseph G Hadzima Senior Lecturer, Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship

Joe Hadzima is a Senior Lecturer in the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship. He works in the areas of entrepreneurship, startup phase companies, business plans, venture capital, corporate governance, and intellectual property strategy. He has been involved in founding more than 100 companies as a founder, investor, director, legal counsel, or employee, and has advised entrepreneurs, high-growth businesses, and venture capitalists.
