The impact of T-MEC in the Mexican Intellectual Property System

The internacional trade treat between Mexico, United States of América and Canada (T-MEC) ratified this month by the authorities of the three countries, could be implemented during this year or the following.

Driving with it, major changes to consider in Mexico’s law, including the Intellectual Property system.

Therefore, it is highly important to know the impact and obligations related to brands, patents and pharmaceutical products that T-MEC will print in the Mexican IP system.
