As of January 1st, 2019 it is possible to file cancellation actions in Uruguay on the grounds of non-use. The purpose of the webinar is to set out the requirements both to file cancellation actions against trademarks of interest and also foresee a defense in the event of receiving one. In addition to this, we will pose a brief analysis on the impact in connection thereto.
