Absence of Trademark Renewals in Venezuela for the next 5 years

Please be informed that all trademarks registered, or those with renewal date starting September 18, 2008 and further, are valid for 15 years.

Renewal cycle will commence again starting September 18, 2023. Renewals may be filed within 6 months before due date according to the current Intellectual Property legislation.
