easyJet founder,  Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, have just claimed another legal victory as part of the continued policy of legally stopping other people from using the easy brand without permission. The company has, at the first instance, successfully defended its easy family of brands from a  trademark infringement case filed by Colombian trademark “Easyfly”, and was awarded 30 million Colombian pesos as damages.

Our Legal and Technical Services team in Colombia had the opportunity to help easyGroup and its founder Sir Stelios in this case and in his continuous struggle to enforce his easy family of brands.

Congratulations to Carolina Daza, Legal & Technical Manager at ClarkeModet Colombia, and our GIS Team!
