ClarkeModet, ranked firm by IP STARS 2021

The prestigious international ranking IP STARS has once again recognized ClarkeModet’s work in trademark and patents over the last year. The publication has included our firm in multiple patent and trademark prosecution rankings in eight jurisdictions, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Peru, and Portugal.
In addition, IP STARS has individually recognized nine of our professionals in these countries. Thus, María Nájera, Carolina Daza, Rosario Echeverría, Jimena Ugarte and Maria Cruz García repeat as trademark stars and Rafael Freire and Jimena Ugarte as patent stars. In 2021, lawyers Diego Acuña and Francisco Bavestrello are added to our team of outstanding professionals in this ranking for their trajectory and work in the trademark area.
IP STARS analyzes each year the Intellectual Property work performed by legal firms around the world. For this purpose, a long and rigorous research process is carried out, which includes the analysis of official data, the most outstanding cases handled by the firms as well as interviews with clients and other professionals in the sector around the world.
