COVID-19: Operational services and surveillance of IP Offices

Here at ClarkeModet we continue with the execution of our contingency plan aimed at protecting the safety and health for our employees, customers, suppliers and other contacts against COVID-19 without interrupting any of our services and operations.

We are currently monitoring with special attention the changes announced by some Patent and Trademark Offices (PTOs) and other related institutions in the different countries, which will allow us to keep you up to date with any relevant news. If any of these measures adopted by these institutions affect our clients, we will inform you in a timely manner through the usual communication channels.

Let us comment that both the European Patent Office (EPO) and the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) have adopted measures to extend administrative deadlines in the face of a health emergency. The Intellectual Property offices of Spain, Peru and Venezuela have also adopted extraordinary measures in this regard.
