IP Offices resume deadlines in all ClarkeModet Group countries

We are happy to inform that, as of December 14, 2020, with the end of the suspensions for deadlines with the INPI in Argentina, the Intellectual Property Offices in all the countries where ClarkeModet is present are now operating normally. In this way, all suspensions for the computation of administrative deadlines temporarily adopted for the context generated by COVID-19 have now ended.
Thus, in Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Uruguay and Venezuela deadlines have been resumed in the different IP institutions, as well as in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the European Patent Office (EPO).
