Leaders in the Ranking of European Union Trademark

According to World Trademark Review Clarke, Modet & Cº Spain leads the Spanish Ranking of European Union Trademarks and occupies the tenth position in the worldwide ranking.
According to the magazine World Trademark Review, one more year, Clarke, Modet & Cº Spain leads the ranking for Spanish Representatives with more applications of European Union Trademark being filed in the last year, as well as occupying the tenth position in the worldwide ranking for representatives.
The relevance of this event is emphasized if we consider that the EUIPO is the third office at a worldwide level with more Trademark applications per year, and the first based on the equivalence criteria used by the OMPI.
Since the creation of what today is known as the European Union Trademark, in 1996, Clarke Modet & Cº Spain counts with an office in Alicante, constituted by an Expert Team regarding Industrial and Intellectual Property in the European Union, consisting of 10 professionals.
