Maria Cruz Garcia joins ClarkeModet

With the goal of strengthening the management of our clients and foreign partners as well as providing the best assessment on Intellectual Property, Maria Cruz Garcia is joining our international team.

Maria is a renowned IP lawyer with over 15 years of experience, with a Degree in Law and a double Postgraduate Degree in Intellectual Property. She has an extensive background as a specialist in the management and defense of  IP rights abroad, work for which she has obtained awards such as:

• Top 250 women in IP – Managing Intellectual Property (2019)
• IP STAR – Managing Intellectual Property (since 2015)
• WIPR Leader – World IP Review (since 2017)
• Women in IP Spotlight – Acquisition Internacional (2019)
• Highlighted as recommended individual in the IAM Patent1000 and WTR1000 rankings (since 2015)

From now on, Maria will be managing our clients in the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries.
