At ClarkeModet, we keep in mind the safety and health of our employees, customers, suppliers and other company contacts. Therefore, and due to the extension of the COVID-19 outbreak worldwide, we have launched a Protocol of prevention measures and recommendations throughout the Group since last February, specially designed to protect health and safety of people and to guarantee the operability of our services.
Some the measures currently taken and the resources we currently have to deal with different scenarios include, among others:
• Health surveillance of our employees. With specific recommendations to avoid contagions and internal action protocols for any eventuality that affects the health of ClarkeModet employees.
• A contingency plan against possible changes in the scenario that would imply the provision of services remotely.
Our computer and communications systems guarantee the continuity of the most critical operations for our clients and for the Company through measures such as remote work or the relocation of a part of the workforce.
In addition, the network structure that connects our 22 offices distributed in 10 countries and our more than 500 employees, allows us to strengthen support for any contingency in any workplace.
• Limitation of travelling and special vigilance to the attendance and celebration of events, conferences and meetings with more than 30 participants, reinforcing our digital formats such as webinars and videoconferences.
Currently, our 22 offices in ten countries remain fully operational and provide the service as normal.
