Pharma Protection and enforcement in Mexico. Spotlight: Patent Linkage System

This seminar will cover general aspects of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical related patent prosecution and the enforcement of rights thereof in Mexico. We will go through issues like evaluating non-statutory matter, patentability requirements and categories of invention, in order to assure the desired technology protection. Lastly, the seminar will cover the evolution of the Patent Linkage system, strategic guidelines of use, current state practice and expectations of this system in Mexico.
