World Trademark Review has recently recognised the work of our team at ClarkeModet in its latest ranking of firms specialising in trademarks. The publication shines a spotlight on our company in seven jurisdictions where we are present, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico and Portugal.
Furthermore, WTR has ranked three of our professionals as agents who stand out in the field of trademarks in their respective countries, namely, María Cruz García (Portugal), Carolina Daza, and Alonso Castrillón (Colombia).
According to WTR: “Established in 1879, ClarkeModet provides a reassuringly attentive service that encompasses everything from trademark filings to worldwide surveillance and brand management programmes. The storied firm recently refreshed its corporate identity and internal infrastructure to maximise efficiency and keep costs low. The initiative has been an unqualified success, with clients applauding its “willingness to adapt to business needs, global presence and ongoing commitment to educating the community on IP developments”. A key contact is Ignacio Gómez-Acebo”.
Each year, WTR analyses the work done by IP firms and companies from over 80 countries. They base their ranking on a long and rigorous investigation process, including the analysis of official data, as well as interviews with clients and other professionals in the sector from all around the world.
We would like to congratulate the professionals at ClarkeModet who have earned this recognition, as well as the entire team in our companies, who are all in the ranking for the work they have done in relation to trademarks over the past year.
