Constanza Miller

Patent Specialist
More than five years of professional experience in intellectual property and in innovation. Specialized in consulting on intellectual property, management of intangible assets and technology transfer, especially in invention patents of the bio/pharma/chemistry areas. She stands out for her experience in the preparation of protection strategies for intangible assets, mainly through invention patents, and in advising throughout the entire prosecution process of national and foreign patents, from state of the art searches and patentability analysis to the grant or appeal. She also has experience in advising on innovation, evaluation of projects and formulation/application of R&D&i projects to public tenders, including the definition of protection strategies for intangible assets through intellectual property.
