He has extensive experience in high-level litigation in trademark, patent, design, and unfair competition matters, as well as in general IP legal advice, managing the national and international legal team of Abril Abogados where he has collaborated since 2005. With extensive knowledge and experience in domain name recovery (UDRP procedures). He has been recognized by The Legal 500 EMEA 202, IAM PATENT 1000 2021, and BEST LAWYERS 2020.

Bachelor\'s Degree in Law from the University of Salamanca and Specialist in New Technologies Law from the University San Pablo CEU.
