José M. Marhuenda

IP Senior Consultant
Professional experience of more than 18 years, specialising in the area of Intellectual Property. In 2000 he joined the Alicante office of ClarkeModet to advise customers in any area of IP, while at the same time in the company\\\'s department of trademarks and community design. In 2008 he assumed the position of Director of the Trademarks Department at ClarkeModet Spain, for the purpose of integrating all of the company\\\'s brand units in a single division to provide comprehensive service in distinctive signs to the company\\\'s customers. Between 2015 and 2016 he assumed responsibility for the formation and start up of the Corporate Prosecution Department. After its implementation throughout the Group, the next step in his professional career was to transfer best practices to our customers.

Education

Law degree from the University of Alicante. Member of the Madrid Bar Association Master’s degree in Intellectual Property VI Lvcentinvs Magister from the University of Alicante School of Legal Practice of the Alicante Bar Association.
