José Manuel Izquierdo

Group Chief People Officer
He holds the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources, an area to which he has dedicated his professional career, both in the field of consultancy, and in line positions in multinational companies. He began his career in the Santander Group, where he worked as a specialist in human resources in the Investment Banking and Insurance divisions, leading projects with high impact on the business strategy and the creation of new commercial networks in the insurance segment or the implementation of organisational efficiency systems. During his time in the field of consultancy, he directed the SHL international projects division before assuming the leadership of the national consulting team. After this stage in his career, he assumed the position of Director of Human Resources for UBS IB in Spain and Portugal, and later held the position, at corporate level, of Director of Personnel Management and Talent at the BPA Group, until joining ClarkeModet.
