María Cecilia Aloise

Inventions Director
She specialises in providing advisory services related to the acquisition, protection, administration and commercial exploitation of Intellectual Property assets both in Argentina and abroad, including giving advice on and the prosecution and registering of trademarks, patents and utility models, industrial models and designs, trade secrets, unfair competition, protection and registration of copyrights, and comprehensive counselling with regard to online services. She was ranked as a specialist and recommended lawyer by the annual Chamber & Partners Legal Rankings (2010/2011). She previously served as an intellectual property lawyer in other law firms in Argentina and Italy. In 2012 she joined ClarkeModet Argentina as a senior attorney with the Legal Department and is currently the Prosecution Manager.

Education

Law degree from Universidad Católica, Argentina Member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires Intellectual Property Agent. Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) since 2009.
