María Cruz

Lawyer, admitted by the Portuguese Bar Association (2006) Official Industrial Property Agent Admitted by the National Institute of Industrial Property (2012) She has focused her professional career as a lawyer in prestigious law firms, becoming a member of one of them. María has directed several departments, being her last position as head of the foreign litigation, communication and marketing department. Likewise, since 2006 she has participated in Industrial Property Congresses, becoming a member of the ACPI Board. Since 2013 she has been President of the Bureau of the General Assembly of ACPI and General Secretary of the Portuguese AIPPI. Throughout her career, María has received countless awards and distinctions, highlighting TOP 250 WOMEN IN IP, IP STAR, Women in IP Spotlight, among others.
