Rosa Silva

IP Specialist
Rosa Isela Silva Aparicio has a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, a diploma in Constitutional Law and Amparo from the same house of studies, a diploma in Regulatory Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho. She worked as an associate attorney at the firm Arochi & Lindner, S.C. (March 2012 to January 2020), where he acquired experience in administrative and constitutional litigation with application in the matter of Intellectual Property.
