Professional experience of more than 13 years in the area of Intellectual Property. He specialises in Intellectual Property strategies and portfolio management, trademark processing, opposition, defence and cancellation of actions in Spain and abroad, and negotiations and agreements relating to trademarks.

Education

Law degree from the University of Uppsala (Sweden). At the end of his studies he specialised in a combination of Community Law and Industrial Property Law. Dissertation project: Community Trademark Law.
