The upcoming September 30 is the deadline for applicants of pending trademarks before the EUIPO to file cloned applications in the UK.
As ClarkeModet informed you, protection rights for EU trademarks and designs in the UK have not been automatically generated for those EU trademark and design applications that were still pending on December 31, 2020.
Therefore, to secure protection in the UK, a corresponding application should also be filed before the UKIPO, which will copy the same details on the pending EU application by September 30.
