Danica Mardesic

Inventions Prosecution Manager
More than 15 years of professional experience in Industrial and Intellectual Property both in the public (PTO Chile) and private sector. Specialized in the management, exploitation and defense of intangible assets of intellectual property, especially in invention patents. She stands out for her experience in advising R&D institutions and companies on the preparation of IP strategies, Institutional policies of intellectual property and technology transfer contracts. She also has experience in Venture Capital as she has worked as an investment funds consultant. Mentor in subjects of innovation, entrepreneurship and intellectual property for dynamic entrepreneurships in early stages or scale-up phase.  Active member of the Chilean Intellectual Property Association (Asociación Chilena de Propiedad Intelectual - ACHIPI) and the Technological Managers Network (Red de Gestores Tecnológicos - Red GT) of Chile.
